Re: Misrepresented Ebay Purchase returned
<< <i>You sound like a someone who is hard to please. >> Unfortunately, I agree. eBay and PayPal rules stipulate that as general practice, the buyer always pays return shipping. Anything beyond that depends on the largesse of the individual seller. The seller is only obligated to refund you what you originally paid,… -
Re: Keep my Aaron, Ruth and Cobb or go for Mantle? SCANS ADDED
While you do have in impressive collection, you might run into a few issues when trying to sell: 1. The upside potential is somewhat limited. It will be a while before those cards double in value. The Aaron probably has the best chance being that he is still alive. The demand on the rest have been pretty consistent over… -
Re: Question about Canadian 80% coinage
Come on Pieces, you are smart guy, you knew all along his .80 was wrong. Canadian quarters and US quarters are identical size, if US is 90% and .715 then Canada 80% has to be less than .715, cant be .80. That said, remember right now, US 90% is going for major premium. About six months later this dealer had a major… -
Re: Ebay accused me of selling counterfeit for calling raw coin MS65
<< <i> << <i>This thread appears to be a total waste of everbody's time, Ebay's policy that everyone should know by now and be satisfied with although not perfect ( but what is perfect these days) is that you can't mention grade in the title if it isn't in one of their preferred tpg slab list, the op mentioned MS65 and it… -
Re: Help A Fellow Numistmatist Out
I have a job, and I have had a second job before, so you can zip your job hunting thoughts. Secondly, I have worked for everything I own believe it or not. Thirdly, I was not aware that by posting a thread it meant it was time for every jerk with an oppinion to reply. Can you read something, not agree and move on? Is that… -

Ebay - I just received a fraudulent SCO on a $1,650 coin.
As most of you know, about a month ago eBay changed their software to make the bidder identities invisible on auctions exceeding $200 in price. This was done in an effort to combat the massive fraud & theft associated with fake second chance offers. Well, I don't know how the scum did it, but I just received a fraudulent…
