That does suck, but you would think that if someone was going to scam people out of their money they would so it for more than a few $10.00 auctions. Maybe the guy had some kind of accident or illness? If you file a dispute through Paypal he may not respond if that is the case and you should get your money back. Good luck… -

You are correct, this is the TDV-04 Wide CC (1.0mm), NOT the Very Wide CC (TDV-03). It used two different obverse dies, one of which was the FS-301 MPD, however this is the other die.
