We have some of those mill tax tokens (mostly red & blue ones from Missouri, I think some green ones too) as well as a little booklet with slots to hold them. I imagine the booklet is worth more than the tokens these days. -

I love the '56 Mick in his Triple Crown Year, and that background shot of him stealing a HR! Is it true that on the Mays card, that's not really Willie sliding across home plate? Maybe it's the Clemente card where they used a photo of Willie by mistake. I can't remember. -

A76, I happen to have the Koufax. It's not in great shape. It's one of my most prized cards since it's a legitimate topps 1967 issue. Below is the custom card used as my Avatar. Past member DORAN made this for me. The card is ~7"x10" and the signature was from the inside cover of the paperback "THE MICK", which I purchased on eBay six years ago. Probably one of my favorite sports items that I own. -
Re: Horse Racing Grand Slam
No Triple Crown this year. Chrome had a clear shot at the top of trhe stretch but didn't have anything left in the tank. That last 1/4 mile is just too much for most horses. Chrome's owner Colburn really demonstrated a total lack of class after the race, though.
