2 day submissions what are the rules.
I don't know what is going on but I have send 2 coins each at the show for 2 day submission price at both NGC and ICG both had emailed me last Tuesday and no info on coin grade or shipping date. So Am I suppose to understand I will get a grade by policy at NGC or ICG to have my coins graded within 2 days that they have… -
