If you're only counting 3 member bands, I'm not at all a Rush fan, but I'd include them in the number one seeds, along with Nirvana, Cream, and Emerson Lake and Palmer. This coin could very well be an MS67. That lousy picture, being a SCAN, will NEVER show the luster well enough to determine the grade. That being said how can this seller think he can sell MS67 material with crappy pictures like that? I've seen really stupid auctions on Ebay where the seller may very well have a "rainbow"… -

I agree the CPI-U could not be easily faked. It is based on very detailed surveys and price samplers. The smaller package sizes mentioned in one post are fully accounted for.
