One of my favorite ambrotypes, I shot this one several years ago at a CW reenactment at Pennypacker Mills in Pennsylvania. At first, I thought the plate was underexposed...but when it was all finished up it presented the exact combination of darks and brights that a great ambro needs. -

Blanton has done something that the Mick never did, blast a 97 mph fastball into oblivion in the WS! I think he has a shot next year again...Im thinking if Braxton is still around and the Dodgers get to the post season again! JS -

Push comes to shove I could go to Atlantic City about 40 miles away and buy all the rolls of halves that I want no minimum. I seriously doubt I would get anything but slot machine chewed up moderns though. -

Anyone here going to West Coast Sports Expo?
It's April 20-22 in the Hollywood Park Casino in Inglewood, CA. I've never been to one of these shows before, but I might go this time. Are they good shows? Are there a lot of pre-70s cards and PSAs? It's about a 30 mile drive for me. Jeff -
