I have the same policy as Russ for the very same reason.....PAYPAL. I have no protection against chargebacks. I very rarely sell Canadian coins so this isn't usually an issue. Since PAYPAL is the favorite form of payment these days I REFUSE to take a chance with non-US bidders. Call me conservative or narrow-minded....but… -

The redemption card is irrelevant to the authenticity of the card actually being 005/500. There are more than 1 of the card numbered "5" since all but 1 are fake.
