Lot of bad spelling. They would be able to get more newbies if they corrected their spelling. Ive had a lot of confrontations with russian scammers. -

Not really new, just a slight variation of the same tired old scam by a different scammer. Hard to believe, but people still fall for these. -

eBay can force the refund once the item is received back according to tracking. They freeze the sellers payment on the item until returned / refunded. If the item is late or no tracking then no refund to buyer. I guess in that scenario the nice seller returns item to buyer if he gets it back. Otherwise if he doesn’t…
