When you deal with scammers, they don't care what a lawyer writes. A civil suit means that if you win and get a judgement, (probably will spend more than 13K) you have to find assets that the sheriff can seize. Only thing that gets their attention is a criminal investigation for fraud or theft. Good luck finding anyone… -

Hmmmmmm, I think you took my comments wrong . I was in no way putting CE down or trying to compare TR to Ce. Both are good functional sites. At some point, I must confess that (as much as I detest scammers) I have trouble summoning up much sympathy for anyone who pays real money for an uncertified coin being sold on eBay (especially when the rating of said seller is less than 99.9%).
