Re: uploading ebay tracking number
<< <i>Too many sellers are printing the label to upload tracking but waiting days before actually dropping off the package, so I'm not surprised by this requirement. I wouldn't waste time waiting on line at the PO, though~every package I drop off inside the lobby is scanned that same day anyway. I'd make an exception maybe… -
Re: Zero Feedback
<< <i>Should be. Just make sure you ship to the PayPal confirmed address. The worst that can happen is that he's an eBay psycho, returns it. and leaves neg feedback. >> Much worse could happen than that. The guy could potentially be a total scammer and claim that all you sent him was an empty package, or sent him a package… -
Re: TeleTrade???
<< <i>So let me ask... what are your opinions on Teletrade vs eBay when it comes specifically to cash in pocket after fees. Who's better? >> That is a hard one to answer. I have not sold on eBay in quite a spell. My latest TT consignment did not turn a profit, but I'm not surprised. With TT you just send em off and collect… -
Re: bad experience with ebay buyer
Don't reship them, they could be stolen or lost. Cancel the transaction and block the buyer. If he gives a neg simply reply to it "Sorry we tried to help but the address you gave was invalid and our material was returned. For security reasons we do not ship to unconfirmed addresses." This will warn other sellers and… -
Re: Lesson learned about dealer with no website.
If I was picking up a coin, and could see the coin in hand, and then give the seller a cashier's check, that is fine...really might as well give him cash. Mailing a cashier's check to a reputable seller who you know...is fine. However mailing a cashier's check to a seller who you don't know...sorry to say in general,… -
Re: Missing Gold - PAYPAL Making it Right
There are several possibilities with this failure delivery depending on what was supposedly "sent". The "seller" was careless in shipping, with either some thief working for the usps invited to steal the contents as gold coins are the easiest for criminals to fence (not likely). In this case he is losing not just the… -
Re: tt
new sellers or a sudden spike in sales can result in a delay in releasing PP funds to the seller. This is an effort to protect buyers from potential scammers. A call to PP might get your funds released earlier and be sure to discuss a permanent lift on the delay. Established sellers with a good Ebay history can normally… -
Re: today's sketchy 52 mantle listing:

<< <i>"Hello, I traded this card with a close friend for a few items I have no more scans but these to do more I will have to go to my safe deposit box and grab the card first. As far as price you could make me an offer if you'd like" sounds legit! >> That's just weak. What a scammer. Perhaps tell the seller you also have… -
Re: Would you accept a return on a PSA graded card?? Update-Buyer wants partial discount to keep it!
what an idiot. because he does not agree on a grade. that's like 100 percent of people on here one time or the other lol there is no questioning a graded card by psa you buy a psa graded card because you want their opinion on a card. lol I think the problem you have is that you have 100 percent feedback. Usually to… -
Re: i think i just picked up a nice pete rookie!!!
Not to browbeat the OP, but people should learn to make these posts BEFORE buying the card. Of course they are always "afraid" that by showing the auction publically in a forum like this, that someone from the forum is going to see it and outbid them. I can understand that, but with 90 million ebayers out there, I wouldn't…
