As a matter of routine, I state that I will only accept Paypal from CONFIRMED addresses, in my auction. I do this in hopes that it will discourage prospective scammers, but I usually accept it from unconfirmed as well, as long as they have a good feedback as a buyer. Maybe it works, or maybe I've just been lucky so far. -

DS91 I read a post by you looking for someone to start a web site for Scammers and bogus cards.. It would be easy enough to do something like that without the PSA webmaster.. But if you ever did a Site with the content your talking about, you will need a Lawyer to protect you from the lawsuits that will come.. IMO -
