Internet stupidity never ceases to amaze me. She's a breath of fresh air to a hobby riddled with scammers, thieves, cheats and liars. Why anyone would even question her gender is absolutely not worth an answer. I wish the hobby was full of people like her and not full of the people that has the feds walking the Nationals… -

if following PAYPALs rules, you should be alright most of us here are comfortable with $50 - $100 coins which makes us more cautious when handling something worth much more after looking at your inventory, it looks like you are comfortable with $5K - $30K coins but being worked over by a scammer, feels bad at any level -

Back when they first started coming in, I would go to the site and fill in the boxes with the most obscene profanity I could think of about the scammer's mother. Then I'd submit the data and flush my cookies and be done with it. I think they're more sophisticated now, and I no longer do that- I just forward them on to… -

Thx for the wsrning. I am still hung up.on the scammer "somehow gained access". There are devious minds at work and I hope the exact method for their activities can be determined. In the meantime, without the exact explanation, I'd be more concerned that your computer was hacked and they got your passwords by watching you… -

I dont think its a scam , i took the bidding up to 1275 and still the reserve isnt met.Seems a scammer would set his sights low or have no reserve.Yes , i know its a 5k coin , but im thinking if its a known to be fake by the seller it might not have a high reserve. -

Buy graded packs. Ungraded is a land mine to the untrained eye and even then without the pack in person its a coin flip proposition. So you can do the buy and send back game to find good ones but it does get annoying all the returns from the scammers selling "unopened" packs. -

The fake check or fake money order scam has been around for a long time. Usually the scammer will send a "check" for more than the amount and will want the mark (victim) to refund the money via Western Union or some other untraceable method. Trinketts: Did you inform the buyer that it is common practice for the buyer to return the coin BEFORE any kind of refund is given? This seems like common sense, it would be funny to hear the buyer's excuse for why he want's to keep the coin too for now. Definitely seems like a scammer. *Blocked* Thanks. -

Hey, the $730 is for just one of the reprints. I don't have the stomach to look at the others. But, you know, he (she) has got a lot of good feedbacks. What's the explanation? Is getting a few thousand bucks worth it? I guess it is. How can we go about getting these scammers prosecuted?
