Akafocus, Sounds like both were definitely wrong. You might want to consider screening the people that you accept to your site a little closer...especially calling it SportsCardSherriff.....it seems that it was well known by many people that David Diec (alabamaslammer/MOB/Triple Threat) was a scammer. hello e-bay and many other sites are not caring about laws and such they are after $$$$ and these fake coin sellers net them thousands of dollars in sale fees, listing fees and such, to them why stop this it's raking them in major $$$$ yes it maybe against the law but those laws are rarely enforced and scammers know this -

Unfortunately, he is not doing anything illegal or against the rules of eBay. Every statement is a fact or his opinion. He could be offering them for 9.99 or 99.99 or whatever. He is surely appealing to those who think they will get a deal. I think this is terrible but no worse than lots of other scammers on eBay. -

They bought on eBay for quite a while, then laid off, and now they are selling claiming to be selling their collection. Seems believable to me, and I don't see any coins that would be the type a scammer would list. If you see something this seller has that you need, go for it. Just use a credit card with PayPal. -
