1916 SLQ. Guy actual believes it.

Sadly I think this guy is actually just not very bright OR a novice who can't accept he has a fake. I tried to explain this is a fake: and a bad one. He refuses to believe it. Sad. -

I think he was inferring that PNG dealers will guarantee the authenticity of the coin they sold for their life - and if you have the receipt will get a full refund without the major hassles of dealing with someone who knows they are a crook / scammer - who does not want to give anything back, ust get more -

I feel you can't go wrong with either grader. Check the sides out of the cases of both of them. I have seen fake cards in SGC cases as well, but they didn't start out that way. The scammers have gotten pretty good with making up cases and flips. -

I agree with the first couple of guys. Find a good scanner and simply load the cards. Keeps opinions out of it. If you start "grading" your own cards you'll end up with complainers or scammers trying to get some of their money back and still hold onto the cards. It's not worth it. -

There's HUGE money being made these days scaring the crap out of people so they'll buy identity theft insurance and a bunch of other garbage they don't need. Blah blah blah ... We only discuss the scammers here. This is America. Unless someone is a politician, they're probably honest. -

Kick it up a notch. Scammer buys a SGC 70. Cracks it and sells it raw. Doubles his money. Knows that it won't crossover worth a crap, but knows newbees are looking for a steal. Basically playing on newbees greed. Example - #5217805175 - to - #5226156186 This guy is flat unethical, but others are not so blatant. -

Another scammer gone,but he'll pop up again or one like him. I wonder how many people have been scammed or better yet how many $'s have been lost to scams on ebay?? I thought ebay was monitoring the listings better now? -

I had the same thing happen to me when I bid on one of John Maben's coins. I strung the scammer along for a few emails over a few days letting him think that I was going to send cash ($1200) via Western Union to him in Spain. -

Ebay really needs to nix the private feedback cr@p. They need to totally overhaul the feedback system so that it can work like it should. With some of the policies that Ebay has now it makes it look like they are deliberately going out of their way to protect scammers and bad sellers. JMO
