You should work your individual contacts and BST first and foremost. This will avoid the 15-17.5% etc fees everywhere. You know the value of most of your coins pretty well. i think you are out of luck...if the amount were more and it were done through ebay you could open disputes for items not received. EBAY will credit max $200 or the amount spent for each, less $25 processing fee. I had the same problem w/ a psa8 jordan rookie. The guy said he didn't see my request for insurance and sent it… -

The answer is only PSA if you are guaranteed the same grade with them that you would get from any other company. The truth is it doesnt work that way. Often PSA grades lower than another company. Some people here love that and think the increasing strictness is neat and the new grading standards are truth and the old… -
