Well gotta hand it to the scammer, he's trying something new by 'quoting' his 'friend' Fogel. Why do people fall for this stuff, even after all this time? You'd think people bidding on this stuff would be wise to it by now. -

absolutely. I"d never buy from a private seller, or anyone that has hidden the bidders. Too many red flags, no matter what they say. Private auctions on ebay have been the domain of scammers since day one. -

I never bid on privare ebay auctions. While many are legit, it is method in the Ebay Scammer's Playbook, and a disportionate number of users of the private auction are less than wholesome. Let ebay worry about the second chance offer problem. -

Hey guys, maybe the seller is a scammer, perhaps he's a clueless adult or maybe he's just a kid. Regardless, what's the point of making fun of him publicly? Why not do something constructive and help him get a clue instead? -

That is standard operating procedure for long term scammers. They quickly issue full refunds to make any complaints go away, knowing full well only a small percentage of purchasers will request refunds. -

This seller in fact knows what he's doing. I've reported his auctions many times and the most recent was last Tuesday. He intersperses real and fakes. Scammer is appropriate as is thief. bob -

I think the diffrence in prices I have seen up for auction recently on that card are: PSA 8 - 5 bucks PSA 9 - 10-15 bucks Prob not worth a scammers time. -
