It's a Fugazi. Easy to spot from a mile away. Look at the dot pattern on any black lines on the card. Also, it is missing a dot on the scoring average, which is another tell-tale sign. -

Is there any way to improve the chance of a 70 when you send modern stuff to PCGS? Example 1: I had a Jamestown gold Comm. proof that has what looks like water spots (or maybe oil) on both sides. PCGS standards for a 68 are "a few tiny imperfections barely visible". The contact mark in the sun, spots around the word "IN", milky haze and darkened areas on the left wing are NOT tiny imperfections barely visible. -

In addition to pinhead marks, I notice 2 had obverse milky stains in the exact same spot (7 o'clock position). Very dissappointed with the UNC. The gold and silver proofs look perfect. -

Beautifully struck, great luster without milky spots, but dracula got her on the neck- several times. I'm going to guess it's a borderline 63/64 coin sitting in a PCGS 63 holder. -

I agree. A six mile wide asteroid has been spotted, heading straight towards earth, and will strike in few days, but nobody is paying attention to it because of the Doug Pederson scandal.
