This guy sent me some resealed packs as well, but gave a full refund. I'd say he's definitely either a scammer or a very poor buyer. I'd recommend everyone stay away from him, as I plan to. -

If it's wrong, it's probably against the law. If all wrongdoers were pursued and prosecuted, there wouldn't be time for anybody in the world to do anything else. All scammers are betting that the LAW isn't going to care about them; but sometimes dey do - -

and what his email address is these days? for those who are not aware, he is a thief (probably worse then Nomar). He lives in San Diego. (I have heard of at least 3 scammers being in that area) -

The risk is based on cost versus issue price, not availability. When there is probably a 200% gain off the top, the scammers will be out in force. Assuming you win the lottery that day and get one. -

Relatively wealthy US folks spending billions buying totally non-essential collectibles = scammers. I lose more money just overpaying for authentic coins in PCGS/CAC holders. :) -

authentic common sense would tell you a scammer WOULDN'T go through the trouble of ALSO forging a personalized message in same hand, thus reducing the overall value and demand of the autograph -
