Is this a Proof 1981-S Type 2 Mint Mark?

1954 Dan Dee Mickey Mantle PSA 2-FS $575 OBO
$575 Delivered Really nice PSA 2, so I am asking a premium on it. Light scuffing on the two upper corners and a small indent directly above Mantle's head are what make this a psa 2, but otherwise a beauty. -
eBay limited me to $2 Billion per month in sales...
I had to laugh this morning. I linked my shopify account to eBay yesterday. Suddenly, I had a limit of 1000 items and $25k per month so I couldn't list anything. I complained and they fixed it. I'm now allowed "only" 2 Billion items per month and $2 Billion in sales per month. I'll be retiring next month...LOL -
