it seems to me that you're not the typical collector. You mostly buy coins in order to play the upgrade and resell for profit game. Not many dealers are gonna stick their neck out and tell you that ANY coin is going to upgrade - where's the percentage in that? If it doesn't, you're buried and they've got one pissed off…
