I'd like to know how the scammers get your off-ebay email in the first place. That seems like a big hole in ebay security they are just turning a blind eye about. -

It's a great opportunity for scammers to nail a sucker before Ebay has a chance to respond to a safe-harbor fraud report, but Ebay still gets a fee and has a great excuse (insufficient time). -

There's been several instances where scans have been lifted and scammers have tried to sell the card as their own to unsuspecting buyers, so I always block out the cert numbers. -

Seriously, for a buck + shipping its not that bad of a risk. (If you're in PA) At least the starting price isn't $200 or something like that like most scammers would have. I've seen worse... -

Well, they saw fit to suspend Mark's account and let the scammer go free. Check out his feedback now, private, with five negatives in the last week. Good goin' eBay. -

The reason I made your list was I started a thread about should a buyer leave negative feedback when it is completely obvious that the seller is intentionally trying to mislead with grading of cards.
