eBay can force the refund once the item is received back according to tracking. They freeze the sellers payment on the item until returned / refunded. If the item is late or no tracking then no refund to buyer. I guess in that scenario the nice seller returns item to buyer if he gets it back. Otherwise if he doesn’t… -

"Good" is a grade, as is MS69, and they are at opposite ends of the grading spectrum. A coin can't be both grades. The scammer clearly is not very well acquainted with coins. -

Look a like flip
A slight reason for concern, someone m,ay purchse these by accident, and it sucks, but I am not sure anything can be done legally since they are just look-a-likes ebay scammer
