I think one potential issues is that the sellers referring to PayPal or eBay backing them and even paying out to scammers is that it seems they do high volume. Anouther key word spammer
spam Guess when you cain't sell a coin on it's merits use PCGS in your title and it will magicly becone better. That coin it no 66 even with that bad pic I can tell that. I sent an e-mail to the seller but I don't think he will change it by the tone of the response I got back. -

I don' think there's anything harsh about it. He's selling a 25¢ card with a $10 shipping fee attached to it. Even if I agree to pay only the minimum bid, how can anyone justify $10. Do you believe this guy? I emailed him to tell him to edit his title, since this card is not PSA graded. I also told him that if it were graded, it would get a 3 or 4 tops with those corners and centering problems. Maybe he could become a PRO grader. PSA 8 ?
