Re: Bidder 1.....Bidder 2......Bidder 3.....
"In 2006, eBay earned $1.13 billion, or 79 cents per share, up 4 percent from $1.08 billion, or 78 cents per share, in 2005. Excluding stock-based compensation costs and other expenses, eBay in 2006 earned $1.49 billion, or $1.05 per share, up nearly 24 percent from $1.2 billion, or 86 cents per share, a year earlier.… -
Re: Certified coin scam on eBay with an old PCGS label insert...

By looking at the pictures, it's obvious they are selling the slab not the coin. I believe he/she is playing on the fact that PCGC is almost like PCGS (I know it's hard to make the connection, but there it is). Also, they show pictures of the slab NOT the DD coin that they claim they are selling. When you write, "This… -

Re: Severely ticked off. Am I Wrong?
Here's my take. First off, you're putting the cart before the horse. It's only been a few days so the item could very well show. I've had packages going from IL to Texas that showed up 2 weeks later. Some patience may yield results. Even if the item was insured for full value you have to wait 30 days to make a claim… -

In my experience police are overwhelmed so it's doubful anything will happen to them until apprehended in the act. Across… -

Re: What is a current fair swap price for silver coin? Poll inside.
I would say 11x face is not measly, especially for one of the fly-by-night companies. It may not be the strongest number, but many of these scammers that set up in hotel rooms pay as little as 5-6 times face value. The top dealers are only paying 12-12.5x face at present. It's not measly when all the local dealers pay more… -
Re: maneco64 is reporting that a major bank in the silver derivatives market has gone under.
youtube? lol> @softparade said: actually that is a false comparison. it takes a video and a personal action to view it. email simply passes email from a sender to you: 1- based on who you know or 2) from a spammer. the action on email comes from the sender it's more like news groups, or forums. believe everything you read… -
