First, PCGS lacks the expertise to do this. Second, there is not enough money in it for them. As for CGA and CGC, in my opinion, they have virtually no credibility in the wholesale market place. wow higa that is a good coin i can see from the scan it is easliy a gem coin and original i like it for me this is not mottled toning is is just even original toning and it is thick skinned and it sits deep on the coin with very good lustre yours higa is a really great trime as they are usually ugly coins!!!!!!! hi there…
