Odd surface phenomenon...rust? corrosion? struck-through?
Going through some BU rolls of 1954-S Cents, I found a bunch of coins with some interesting surface phenomena, with patterns having the following characteristics: ...not random but also not identical or predictable between coins ...tend to cluster in similar areas ...incuse and shallow ...obscure normal surface details I… -
