Interesting lawsuit. To answer KoinDawg's question, the plaintiff does have to prove the allegedly defamatory statements were false, and may under these circumstances have to prove in addition that the person making them knew they were false. Truth is a complete defense. Moreover, the person claiming to have been defamed… -

The Sigma will catch 90% of the fakes out there; however, there are metals that give off similar characteristics to gold that can give a false reading.
