Lori, In the other auction you linked he's also selling the earlier years, and I can't tell if that's what he has pictured. Prior to 1964, they wouldn't have the zip code. However, being the cynical cuss that I am, I'd also be wary of that auction. Those envelopes look way too "fresh". Russ, NCNE -
