Re: Another....Real or Fake?.....Gold $1
To those of you who have followed my postings about the gold dollar series....again I must reinforce the idea that all these coins are Rare. While we can speak in terms of surviving populations in the hundreds of thousands for some coins such as specific dates of Morgan dollars, many gold dollars only exist in surviving… -
Re: Coin shops in this area are robbing people blind
<< <i>The unfortunate reality is that if these people avoid dealers all together, they still run the risk of being burned by ebay. Finding someone like jdimmick or rkfish who do their best to offer a fair purchase price is likely best for someone who doesn't know anything about coins. And IMO to try and bash them for… -
Re: What defines a "Market Maker"

Struck in Africa during the Civil War with Pompey, it repeats his family's claim of divine lineage through Venus via her mortal son Aeneas who escaped the fall of Troy to found Rome. I acquired this coin… -

Re: GOLD AND SILVER, ECONOMIC NEWS, COINS, 2009 forward
Yeah, like housing foreclosures rising and expected to peak in 2011 yet used home sales are rising quickly, if you listen to the media. What, so someone is buying all the foreclosures...maybe the Chinese or someone. As far as I've read when the banks take over a property (ie foreclose) they become the owner and a sale… -

Wondercoin....here is an article in it's entirety.... By Michael G. Fahey Special to COIN WORLD Click on image to enlarge STRUCK-THROUGH AREA on this Goodacre dollar has a rough, dull finish. Post-strike burnishing would have made this area closer in appearance to the fields. Many thousands of words have been expended on…
