Derry B.......What is to prevent another scammer buyer from withholding feedback knowing that the coin he-she purchased could be called questionable if they alert e-bay............Buyers already hold the upper hand (and in most cases they should)..........But the buyer is always right is not the situation… -

I think this is a very positive change. As Steve Hart said in his blog 75% of unopened on eBay is no good. I successfully blocked an eBay return on a $450 item onetime because the buyer (FB3) did not return it within my 14 day return period nor at at all. YAY! Through out the entire ordeal they never provided tracking or even now more than a month after. Despite their claim of shipping it still has not shown up. Don’t refund… -

When I first started back into collecting (some 20 years ago now) ebay was a decent source of material. One still had to be diligent but the sheer volume of scammers these days seems to have grown exponentially! I was buying raw coins off ebay as late as a year or two ago, but it had gotten to the point that I'd only buy… -

i've been saying this for years. listing was nuked by the time i got to it. i also stopped tracking the usernames as there are simply too many and too easy to create new accounts. did it years ago at the pro-level until ebay prevented easy tracking of sellers. the scammers started reporting the honest users harassing them.… -
