I think you may be able to get that neg removed. Just file a complaint under "problem with ebay buyer" under the "help" and tell them what happened. It's obvious the guy is admitting for not paying and is deliberately screwing with you. Forget Squaretrade. If you go thru them, Squartrade has to also send the idiot an email… -
