The response you are probably going to get is whatever someone is willing to pay. I see a couple completed sales of 1/1 that aren't graded go for $500-$1500. I saw that a BGS 1/1 that has two 10 grades went for $1700. -

Do 1 cent wax packs only have 1 card?
I was checking some un-opened stuff on bbce and saw the 65 topps 1 cent wax packs, but I remember a while back seeing that some packs (maybe all 1 cent packs) have only one card in them. Do they all contain only one card? -

Looking for opinions on the color, the holder, and the grade. Are carbon spots judged more harshly these days? Also wondering if this is low or mid range coloration on the desirability scale.
