Peru 1808 1 real Fernando VII
I got this piece a few years ago. I collecting the bust type of colonies. In China, we call this type of the bust as “the onion head”. It seems 1 real of 1808 Peru is quite rare. Do you guys have any idea about the mintage ? Thanks. -

Sorry, but that 1 euro coin absolutely, definitely does not have any mint errors on it at all., It is all merely post-mint damage. Your coin might still be worth 1 euro, it might be considered too badly damaged to be legal tender any more (depends if it still passes a vending machine test). It is definitely not worth 10… -

I sent 2 cards in to the same for 2 different signings that the promoter was doing. One for Dave and one for Pierre. Still amazed that it happened. At least I can say I have a 1/1 auto'd card! -

1: As @MarkKelley brought up, those are semi-quincentennial quarters, not bicentennial quarters (bicentennial coins are from 1976) 2: Seeing as these are normal circulation-issue coins that are still being made, while some people may pay premium of some sort, for the most part, these coins are just worth 25 cents. Yonaka mentions one as unconfirmed. I've never seen it. I'd probably never be able to realistically afford it either if it shows up. As a matter of fact, there is a 52T Mantle, and many other low grade vintage stars. These were sold to me by the family of a dear friend who died in January. I'm just wondering whether getting them graded (most will grade 1 or 1.5) will pay off, or whether I should just consign to GMC. -
