It looks like one of those trick "squirting" coins. Put in water to fill it, squeeze the brass piece and water squirts out a hole on the other side. I think I see the hole in the O in OF. (View Post)

I can still see something there but not nearly as obvious. I'd question the dealer about it and ask for more pictures of the area. If they don't want to do it, then I'd just walk away from it. (View Post)
