No, bubbles like that can’t happen at the mint. Heat causes the outer layer to separate and bubble up. It will be post mint damage every time. (View Post)2 -

I don't know about the alcohol, but vinegar is a very bad idea! Acetone is the standard go to for PVC. (View Post)4 -
