Like others have said, packs were certainly being resealed in the mid 80's and ever since. Even 7-8 years ago, the rule of thumb is that if it's on ebay and not graded, you should assume it's reseale… (View Post)2 -

And again, that card isn't a 10. It might be a 7. Most cards don't come out of the pack in 10 condition. If you have 500 cards and you scan them all very carefully, if you had 20 that were PSA 10 can… (View Post)3 -

I'm not 100% positive, but while these look like a steal now, these types of ads were usually on the high side of retail. So, back then, these prices were probably a bit on the high side. (View Post)1
