The "indented" means that another planchet was on top of that area of the coin when it was struck, resulting in the "blank" unstruck area of the coin. (View Post)

It's not a rare date/mint, although scarce in general. All the 1950's dates are generally scarce. Yours looks like a nice example based on the photos, and is worth around $450. (View Post)
