PCGS started using the PL designation on gold coins (as well as other non-Morgans) in 2019. https://www.pcgs.com/news/pcgs-announcement-about-prooflike I don’t know when they added DMPL. (View Post)

Welcome to the forum. What you how is far more likely a “magician’s” coin made from two different nickels, than an error. If so, you might be able to tell by looking at the edge. (View Post)
