Overall nice coin and a tough date. I believe the dark spots are spot toning, not dirt. I don’t think conservation will help it. ( but I could be wrong be wrong). Is it in an AU 55 holder? (View Post)

Here’s another one of the 1906 O BQ in AU58: I purchased the coin in a NGC MS62 holder for $405 and had it graded raw at PCGS. It seems to have a case of the mumps. (View Post)
