Can’t be a clip if it shows a rim and the reeding. On a clip these would be missing. Just a damaged quarter from having the rim flattened. (View Post)1 -

The answer is on the PCGS website. “All U.S. and World coins graded and encapsulated by PCGS are guaranteed genuine” Of course if they can’t guarantee that it is genuine, they won’t grade it. (View Post)2 -
