Not all of them get reported. It is the same as with counterfeits, unless they are reported, they don’t get removed. There are listings removed every day but there are so many that they don’t all get… (View Post)2 -

Those are OK because the grade has been blacked out. They are only against eBay policy if the grade shows. It is not the holder, it is the grade on the holder that can get it removed. (View Post)2
