Two sure signs of it being a counterfeit, the mint mark is in the wrong location and the die chip on the left wheat stalk which is used on several different years. (View Post)2 -

Coin is so worn and pitted it is hard to say exactly what the cause is but I’m sure it didn’t leave the mint looking like that. (View Post)1 -
