Always prospecting for new higher-grade additions to my National Commemorative Medals of the US Mint set which has some very low population medals. These were all approved by Congress, signed by the President and are official US commemorative medals. These contain a vast variety of designs and finishes and are not well known or collected.

APMEX is asking more than $450 premium for one-ounce random date platinum eagles. Very hard to justify that asking price when there are plenty of other places to buy these for much less. (View Post)3 -
