The haze on that Merc is what killed it. You should remove the haze. There is another thread on this and a PF65 went to a 67 with just a simple removal of the crud. (View Post)1 -

It is still an MS66, not getting a green from what I understand means that it is not an "A" or "B" coin for the grade. It can still be the grade just not the top end for the grade… (View Post)2 -

Die polish lines. They would BB it if those were hairlines. The two coins are from the same reverse dies the 66+ is an earlier die state. (View Post)3 -
