With the better images it is definitely a Sheldon-31 and it is authentic, corroded and cleaned. This was possibly a ground find. (View Post)2 -

From recollection , the 1794 Heads of 1793 are S-17 to S-20. The 1794 Heads of 1794 are S-21 to S-66. The 1794 heads of 1795 are S-67 to S-72. The 1794 Exact Head of 1795 is the S-72. You can see som… (View Post)1 -
