    It does appear to match 4.2...the PCGS site says it is scarce as it was made for only a few months. However, I am not aware of any premium for this slab. Maybe a person trying to put together a set of large cents in every generation of holder would pay a premium but otherwise it would just go for the typical cost of the coin in this grade.

    I have wondered the same about this holder.
    I believe it is a 4.4S and was only used for 7 months.
    No trueview available.
    It says the hologram was introduced in March 2011 and ran until 2011. Microprinting can be seen with a loop. The next gold shield started December 2011
