Anyone have dealings with Mom and Pop Card Shop on eBay?

I am doing a 1973 Topps baseball set build and it looks like they have a few that fir the bill.
99.8% positive feedback is not bad but looking at their negatives, they tend to respond to their unsatisfied customers with (real quotes): "you are a fool", "you are stupidly wrong", "MORON" and "what a sad, low IQ person".
As a matter of principal I will stay away as you should not treat customers this way but I'm curious of any CU member dealings with them.

I have used them similarly, to fill late 60's early 70's sets. Since I didn't have any issues, I can't speak to their customer service.

Work hard and you will succeed!!

In 3 decades this is the biggest pr**k I have ever come across using eBay. Absolutely zero customer service skills.
Only cares about the money. Unfortunately I crossed paths with him a couple of decades ago. My Story -

Back before he changed his eBay ID and sellers could leave negative feedback for buyers I purchased about 14 1957
Topps singles from him. I got 12. After unsuccessfully trying to work something out with him I left a negative and he
replied in kind by leaving one for me as well. At that time I only used that account for buying and negatives had a
minimal effect on my ability to buy. So I left him another negative on one of the other14 cards that I had bought from
him. Naturally he retaliated again with another negative. So I left him a third negative. After that he finally got a clue
that as a seller he was hurting himself more than hurting me and finally gave up.

A few years later I noticed he had changed his eBay ID to mom_and_pop_card_shop. While I don't post a lot here I do
read the posts fairly regularly and I happened to notice they were now posting on the PSA Forums. They had only
posted 40-50 times and seemed fairly normal. There were also previous posts complaining about this seller under
his former eBay ID. So I made a post that showed his previous eBay ID had changed to mom_and_pop_card_shop.
( FYI at the time my PSA Forum ID was Igor34 ). I didn't bash him at all but other forums members jumped on him
and his true colors came out almost immediately and he left the forums shortly thereafter.

I bought from codyp2000 back in 2007. Only 1 transaction and I do remember him shorting me 1 card out of 30+ cards but it was only a $1 card so I didn't bother contacting him to recover the card. Good to know about his new username. Great detective work @fightfraud24

fightfraud24 - thank you for the feedback. Seller is definitely one I will stay away from.
If it wasn't for the responses to the negatives, it might have been a different story. For example, if I sell something and there is an issue, I will ask how I can make it right, not tell my customer he is a "sad, low IQ person". People need to realize their online comments tend to stick around.
