Support Identifying a Card / Misprint Classifications

Hi All,

New here so I do apologize in advance if anything is incorrect! I was hoping to get some support identifying a 2017-18 Panini Revolution card. The specific card is 2017-18 Panini Revolution 117 Buddy Hield Infinite. As you may notice in the image below, the name and rookie insignia are actually blank. If submitted for grading, would PSA create a new classification for misprint? I can't seem to find any other cards with a similar classification, whether through Card Ladder or PSA pop report. Thanks!
