I'm counting this as my end of the year unfortunately it's getting to cold for me to get out and the ground is getting hard quickly. The following are my totals for the year. Not many trips out this year but still did well.

    I am happy first year digging a buffalo nickel for me let alone two of them 😁

    Old nickels are definitely out there still to be found. Many detectorists skip them, or, don't know how to distinguish them from aluminum trash. Don't misunderstand though, if you're chasing old nickels you will definitely dig up aluminum trash as well.
