Coin Dealer Car Robbery in CT please be on lookout

Sam Kaeppel from MA had a briefcase taken from his auto this past weekend in Milford CT area.
He had attended a show in Westchester NY. Not sure if he was followed or if just someone saw a briefcase and grabbed it. No broken glass Maybe similar to Albert jammed locks.?
About $8500 was grabbed. Couple of $10 & $20 gold. Gold eagle couple silver $. Doubt it will be recovered but keep eyes open.

have them contact NCIC
and get them to send in an email list that is in text form rather than a picture. once in text, google can index and search this and the NCIC websites.
Cert #’s may help.
perhaps that is why some people are losing their minds out there. not enough people getting out into the world for them to rob.
all those poor people we used to get snapshots of after stealing rom/robbing dealers must be really hurting out there these day.
hope the dealer has some good fortune as those coin are really not easily distinguishable. best bet is someone sells a bunch of them at once and will be identifiable by bulk.
Any news on weather they were certified and if so, what are the bar codes for them ?

You may be referring to Doug Davis of the NCIC (Numismatic Crime Information Center).
@Numismaticcrimeinfo is Doug's handle here I think.
